01. Full Planning + Design

This package is for couples who have a solid start but want a planning bestie to help fine-tune the details. Beginning 6–9 months before your wedding, we’ll collaborate on securing your remaining vendors, dialing in your budget and timeline, and refining the smaller design elements. You’ll have ongoing access to our expertise and support, so you can feel confident, organized, and excited as your day comes together.
02. Partial Planning

Investment begins at $5000 (ONLY OFFERED AT CERTAIN VENUES).
Because ‘Day of Coordinator’ doesn’t really exist.
If you’ve got everything planned and just need a dream team to bring it all together, this one’s for you. Around 60 days out, you hand things off to us and we’ll take over vendor communication, build a seamless wedding-day timeline, refine the final details, and run both the rehearsal and wedding day. We’ll make sure your design is executed beautifully while you focus on soaking it all in and living your best life on the dance floor.

Once your contract is signed and retainer is submitted, we’re locked in! We will begin our Onboarding phase by getting you set up with all the fun tools we’ll use throughout the planning process, provide you a long list of resources and establish a personalized planning experience to set us up for success.

Get in touch with us! We’ll hop on an initial call to get to know each other, learn more about what you’re envisioning for your wedding day, share more about our overall workflow and answer any questions you might have.

We require 50% retainer and a signed contract to reserve your date. Your remaining balance will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date.
What does your booking process look like?
On average, we recommend reaching out to us with one year to plan or more. We've worked with couples for up to 2 years and as short as 4 months. The more time the better!
