01. Full Planning + Design

Starting 6-9 months before your big day, we'll collaborate on assembling your remaining vendors, refining your budget, timeline, and small design elements. With unlimited access to our expertise, we're here to offer unwavering support and expert advice every step of the way!
02. Partial Planning

Investment begins at $4000.
Because ‘Day of Coordinator’ doesn’t really exist.
This package is for the couple who’s got everything all figured out but just needs a dream team to assist with the final deets. As you pass over the baton, we will come in around 60 days prior to your event and become the point of contact for all vendors, create a timeline for your wedding day, fine tune any final deets and run the rehearsal and event from start to finish. Leave it to us to make sure your decor is exactly how you envisioned while you enjoy every moment celebrating the love on the dance floor!
03. Event Management (60 Day Coordination)
Throughout the planning process, you’ll have some extra time to sit back and catch up on The Bachelor while we focus on building out your dream team and bringing your vision to life.

Once your contract is signed and deposit is submitted, we’re locked in! We will begin our Onboarding phase by getting you set up with all the fun tools we’ll use throughout the planning process, provide you a long list of resources and establish a personalized planning experience to set us up for success.

Get in touch with us! We’ll hop on an initial call to get to know each other, learn more about what you’re envisioning for your wedding day, share more about our overall workflow and answer any questions you might have.

We require 50% deposit and a signed contract to reserve your date. Your remaining balance will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date.
What does your booking process look like?
On average, we recommend reaching out to us with one year to plan. We've worked with couples for up to 2 years and as short as 4 months. The more time the better!
